We also provide third party reports for new build indemnity insurance.

How We Work
Advanced Cladding Solutions will employ the most suitable techniques to establish the cause of any defects.
We’ll provide detailed interpretative roof surveys and cladding survey reports that identify the type, extent and location of potential defects.
A roof survey or cladding survey will also give an estimate of the remaining lifespan of the element concerned.
Following roof surveys or cladding surveys we will be able to suggest potential remedial solutions, along with associated budget costs. We can also develop and provide repair specifications, plus arrange and supervise any remedial works.
All roof surveys and cladding surveys are carried out by an experienced and qualified consultant.
